The plan shared should have better explanations and also the sales team needs to be more trained. For example: i took a trip to mountains and a national park. They mentioned the cab is without AC which i assumed AC will not be required. But it is as you can only feel the air for some time but when there is dust on road you should have options to close the window. I should have taken a better option in it but the point is when i am booking all 5 star hotels why cant i pay 10k more for a better cab which was never suggsted and as a travel aggrigator or agency you should be able to suggest the customer for it.

rakhand better as the driver was not aware with many things. Overall it was nice experiance but had some small issues. First of all the driver was good with driving but he was not aware with the roads and the locations. Because of that we wasted much time and we had to worry about to reach the locations. Also, Nainital and Jim Corbett hotels were good but Mussorie hotel rooms were too small. The food was good there. Rishikesh hotel was good but location was too crowdy area and also food was ok ok there.

st day didn’t know the route well and kept asking us to check map for directions which ideally the driver should be doing. He also took a longer route to delhi which was tiring. Needs improvement in terms of better hotel options.

On last minute request, Prashant made all arrangements for a surprise B'day welcome while arriving Dalhousie after tiring journey. The surprise brought happiness which cannot be expressed. This gesture will remian for ever in our hearts.

In Kedarnath camp, one less sleeping bag was provided. 4. Our car broke on the very first day, making it late foe us to reach hotel. For that day and next day we have to travel in a loader. The best memory of the trip was the seamless support and prompt assistance provided by Mr. Sanu Kumar during unexpected challenges. the only issue was at a location camps were too far from the sightseeing locations and overall city and it was a new camp only 2 families were staying there from which one was mine. Anyways overall services from hotels were also too good. Will definetely suggest to book a trip from them as the trip was too memorable.
